At The Young Educator, we offer all our teaching resources as digital downloads, which means once you’ve downloaded a file, we’re unable to accept returns. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, and in some cases, we can offer a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll review each request individually.

Refunds may be given for the following reasons:

If the file is damaged or missing content (like a preview image instead of the full resource).

If the product description or preview doesn't match what’s included in the resource (for example, claiming the file is editable when it’s not).

If you can’t access the resource because the technical requirements weren’t listed (e.g., the file is a PowerPoint but isn’t mentioned in the description).

If you accidentally buy the same resource twice (for example, purchasing the same item in both a bundle and separately).
